TERMS OF USE
Debonairs Pizza reserves the right from time to time, with or without notice to past present or future users, to revise the information, services, and Terms of Use contained in the Debonairs Pizza website or mobisite at our sole and absolute discretion. Your continued use of either of these sites after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of any new or amended terms.
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Debonairs Pizza be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages that arise from the use of or inability to use this site. Nor shall Debonairs Pizza be responsible for any damages whatsoever that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance whether or not caused by events beyond Debonairs Pizza’s control, including but not limited to acts of God, communication lines failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to this sites records, programs or services.
Quality Promise
HOT, FRESH OR FREE: To live up to our high standards and ensure you receive the hottest and freshest pizzas, we’ve created the unique Hot or Not Dot. When we present you with your pizza, if the dot is red, your pizza’s hot and fresh, if it’s black, your pizza’s FREE. This is our quality promise to you.
Free Pizza only applies to orders received with a sticker that has a black dot on presentation of the pizza. Orders of 8 or more pizzas do not qualify. Only orders within specified Debonairs Pizza delivery areas apply. Available for individual, standard and large pizzas only.
Free Delivery
A minimum order of R30.00 is required to qualify for Free Delivery. Debonairs Pizza reserves the right to charge a delivery fee outside the specified delivery area if deemed necessary. Free delivery applies from the restaurant ordered from, to the first point of entry, ie security gate.
Your Account
In order to access some features of the website or mobi site, you will have to create an account. You may never use another’s account without permission. If you use the Debonairs Pizza website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Debonairs Pizza website and mobile ordering site sells products to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use the Debonairs Pizza website and mobi site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Debonairs Pizza reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content on the Debonairs Pizza website and mobisite, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music and the like (“Content”) and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Marks”) are owned by or licensed to Debonairs Pizza, subject to copyright and intellectual property rights under South African and foreign laws. Content on the website is provided to you as is for your information and personal use only, and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Debonairs Pizza.
Miscellaneous
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Debonairs Pizza and govern your use of the Debonairs Pizza website and mobisite.
The failure of Debonairs Pizza to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found in a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
